Restoring the Covenant with the All Voluntary Military Act

  • Benefits Restoration: This bill focuses on restoring the "value proposition" of service. For veterans, it validates their sacrifice and strengthens the institution they served. It addresses the "attrition crisis"  ensuring the military remains a robust institution.   

  • Healthcare: Addresses "Accession, Retention, and Medical Standards Reform" (Title III) , improving the system veterans often still interact with or care about deeply.   

American Public Safety & Justice Act (APSJA)

  • Veterans Courts: Section 603 establishes "Veterans Treatment Courts". These specialize in diverting veterans with PTSD/substance issues out of the prison system and into treatment, recognizing service-related trauma and providing a restorative justice path.
