Training in de-escalation, crisis intervention, constitutional policing, and community partnership. Officers get paid overtime or $50/hour for training time.
$500M Annually๐ Master Peace Officer Bonus
Annual salary bonus of up to $6,000 for officers with 5+ years experience, advanced training, and a clean disciplinary record for 3 years.

Grants for body armor, body cameras, communication systems, medical kits, patrol vehicles, and training facilities. 100% funding for small departments.

Recognition of 911 dispatchers as protective service workers. Mental health support, counseling, and peer support programs for telecommunicators.

Free fidelity bonds for employers who hire returning citizens. This insurance protects the business and makes hiring easier for everyone.
